Spacious meadows are filled with majestic Rocky Mountain Elk, domesticated and managed in ecologically sound, humane and natural conditions for this indigenous species of the deer family. The meat of the elk is naturally low in fat and cholesterol, and high in protein, yielding a delicious snack as well as gourmet fare for the best white tablecloth entree'.
