The Original Elk Jerky was so popular we added the Buffalo Jerky. Like the Elk, it is more traditional than our Kippered Elk Steak. It comes from the round roast and is made with the whole muscles - not pieced together.
It has just the right amount of smoke flavoring added. And there are NO sodium nitrites in this product.
